I often run my jobs with the plasma unplugged to ensure that everything looks like I expect ie cutting a job on a preused sheet and ensuring the job will fit in my space etc. Is there an option in Control somewhere where I can run a job and tell it not to fire the plasma?

Not easily no (a lot of work, you can use the gcode editor tab and comment out all the M3 start commands in the job), A power switch for the plasma might be way more convenient.

but for checking fit, we have a nice built in Check Size button instead, why don't you use that instead?

Thanks Peter, I hadn't noticed the Check Size button, will have a look at that tonight. I will wire a toggle switch onto the frame of my plasma so I can manually control it.

    Cheers
