Has anyone else had issues with shipment from Openbuilds? I paid the three day express and they gladly accepted it but my order status is awaiting fulfillment... I ordered the exact same C bundle from SMW3 and received it right away and had great customer service with status of my order..anybody have a number that I can call..Thank you
I still have not heard anything back from the Open Builds people but was again happy to see this from the people I should have bought the second bundle from... Are you guys affiliated with open builds ..I placed an order with you swm3 and it was shipped the next day ..I made the mistake of ordering from Openbuilds and my status is awaiting fulfillment??? I smell female hormones here! OpenBuilds distributors are independently operated and the servide depends on each one. Personnaly (I'm a distributor), I do what I can to make my clients happy. Sometimes there are factors that can delay the shipment that aren't possible to control. Some other times the attitude of the client don't help to work harder for him... The fee you paid is for the shipping time, not the processing time... and by the way, the smiley wasn't intentionnal... no issue with openbuilds had stuff come from the US to The UK in 7 days TBH I think you would of been better to call them or sent a pm on here to Mark
O.B., There was a telephone number in your paypal receipt. Why try to contact them and get a reaction trough the community forum? Why could you just wait a day for a reply? You have a temper problem there. The people at the OpenBuilds Partstore do all they can to ship an order out as fast as they can. You are telling your story here and sure they have enough class not to pick a fight on the community forum unlike you just did. And yes, I lack their class plus I love to play games as well. I would have done the same as the people at the OpenBuilds Partstore. It's better not to have a "problem" customer. Yes, even if you pay you still can be a problem, and for sure "they" take your money as that part is an automated process. Now you have made some "good friends" in this community, you can expect to get some "good responses" as well.
