Well done @mytechno3d You have done a great job on this Build. I love the way you utilize so many different transmissions on this build.
You have the lead screw driven Z axis and the the looped belt driven Y and the belt and pinion system on the X. Very cool
I hope your able to share the model and parts list.
Looking forward to seeing it in action!
    Mark

Maybe something like these nema 17 plates could work on the Z and a 20x40 on the back side of the Z columns if they are needed to be connected.

This is a beautiful printer from an aesthetic viewpoint. So clean and super sized at the same time. Awesome design/build.

I think the C Beams are making a lot of us reconsider build possibilities. I haven't ordered any yet, but I keep adding them to my orders - and then taking them off :( as the order total gets near the national debt. ;)

The first print was made yestereday.
It is pretty good , and it will be better when i will add a fan to cool the printed parts and add a heated bed .
2 little videos are available on the project page. I hope to upload better and longer videos soon.

Great job, looks very professional too! Can you post the code for auto-level or post where you pulled it from?

Looks good!! I noticed that you are using a capacitive Z Probe. Any issues with repeatability or false trips? I have been interested in adding Z Probing to my build. I also have a non-metallic build plate and so cannot use an Inductive sensor.

Very nice design! After I use my OB CBeam plate cutter to make plates for a larger build I may retro fit these ideas to convert it to a 3D printer. Please keep us updated! Thanks

    Hello,
This is the machine I want to build for my first 3d printer. Would you please tell me the dimensions and type of Cbeam you've used for your build.

My biggest problem is this is the first one for myself so I really appreciate any and all help you might provide. As for electronics that will come later, right now I just need to know what to purchase to begin the build. If you would prefer to communicate via email my address is cruiser at msn dot com

    Thanks much,

    Lee

If you would like to get some help you'll have to ask specific questions. Just to say you need help doesn't tell us in what area you need it.
