Hi I ordered 4 Nema 23's problem being they did not come with a wiring diagram telling me which wire is which and I am finding too much conflicting info on the web please help!

I am assuming Yellow is Ground thats about all I am willing to trust right now. If you have experience or can send a some screen shots please do.

Not a good assumption. Steppers don't really operate on the concept of having a "ground" wire.

Here is the diagram that is posted on the shop page for the motor. I can't guarantee its accuracy but it is fairly easy to tell how the wires pair up. Short the yellow and the blue wires together and see if the motor resists turning. If so, they are a pair. If not try shorting the yellow against the other wires until the motor does stiffen up.

The stepper cable I am connecting it to is BLACK GREEN BLUE RED. How earth can I get this sorted out ? My original motors had matching wires so no problem

As every manufacturer may have a different coloring system, it is easiest just to test for the matched pairs by hand. Spin the stepper motor to get a feeling as to how much resistance it has. Next hold the ends of two of the wires together and spin it again. If you feel more resistance, you have identified a matched pair. If not, try matching one of the wires to another wire, and another as needed to find a pair.

Found it by using a dummy motor to see which wired pairs allowed me to transfer to motion per spin

Also, as a tip, with an Ohm-meter you could have checked what wires are for coil A and B, connecting the coil reversed after that will not shorten your motor, but the motor will just not respond well or stall.
