    May I ask why? You're probably going to twist the frame just from the motors

    Far too much weight and power for a hobby grade system like the Ox.

    I agree with the above. Also, from your image it appears that you are setting up to use belts and pulleys to drive your X and Y axes. The mass of your system just won't tolerate B & Ps. You are going to stretch the belts a lot destroying your accuracy. I rec you consider rack and pinion or lead screws/ball screws to drive X and Y.

    I am using belts and pulleys on my 1500x1000mm/NEMA 23 system and they suck. I have no accuracy unless I barely crawl across the table. I'm redesigning to lead screws as soon as I can afford them.

    Total waste of money..
    Read, understand, design, calculate, reconsider... than start spending money and build

    I run my 140 kg mill on 2 NM servo motors and it will rip your arm of with ease.
    How much cutting force your 10 mm mill bit will generate?
    Either you have no clue about that or you plan to simply drag your bit through metal without even turning.

    Maybe try to copy some proven designs for a first build?

    This is a Shapeoko With 1600 oz 60x120 profile, I think that with 2 20x80 is good, but maybe with 3 20x80 in X axis no have problem, I calculated with 20x80 With Autodesk Inventor 2016, In some builds of CNC OX the profiles 20x80 in Y axis support 16KG (all X axis with Z axis, motors wheels and plates) and no exist problem, hahaha... Whatch the video!, this is the inspiration hahaha

    How much it will support is irrelevant. How much it flexes under load is what matters. And a 120mm deep section will have over 3 times the stiffness of an 80mm deep section.

    Yes, is 60x120mm... I think in use 3Pcs 20x80 for X axis and supports for Y axis

    Thats not a shapoko and those arent 1600 motors. Look how short they are. He's also using 8020 and linear rails, not plastic wheels....

    Thank you fr your coment, but is true dear!, 1600 oz or 115Kg torque, but in this moment I go to 60x120 profiles, is a best idea that the system with V-Slots... Have nice day!, and Yeah, I'm Engineer ;)

    If you, like any engineer i know, would have read up this forum before posting you`d have noticed that i have linked that vid about a year ago.
    Apart from that the guy states clearly that he is using nema 23 motors, pls show them to me in 1600 oz,/in.
    BTW this machine is big but nothing special... you go with misumi profiles? or still using ox parts? did you now just eyeball your sices?
    I have chosen BoschRexroth cause you can calculate their deflection as they actually show these variables ....

    Btw, i have seen at least 200 professional cnc mill centers close up in my life and must admit i am really impressed by your expertise..
    I guess you really need no help from this forum..
