From the single screen capture in the background, it is clearly a wheeled device of some kind. So I'll go out on a limb and say it is a CNC Fidget Spinner. Now when you are impatient, you can outsource the antsy movements it to a nearby device... -D
A printer is the most logical, but although there is no official OB design, there are already a million other designs and kits. A lathe would be nice, but there is technically no "open" software for it. That would also rule out a true 4th axis cnc. A laser is an option, but I'm not sure how effective non CO2 lasers are. A mini stand up mill has already been previewed. I'm just go to throw out the idea of a hotwire since I designed one last night, but I HIGHLY doubt it. I have no answer, just stating some...stuff. Actually, I do have an answer. It's a sandwich maker.
Kevon, you forgot the most obvious... a potatobot. Laser carved fries in any style you could imagine (straight, shoe string, curly, spiral, photoimage puzzles...) and all lasered to a perfect golden brown on the outside.
