Hello everyone, I am currently building a homebrew Grbl CNC Router at the moment and just after some advice: I am wondering if I should add current and reverse polarity protection to the electronics. My current plan is to have a 24V power supply connected to a 24V-12V step down converter: 24V for the 3x single channel TB6560 drivers and 12V for an Arduino Uno and a PC case fan. I intend to put a 3.5A quick-blow fuse inline for each of the drivers. What sort of current protection should I put in for the Arduino, if any? Also, should I consider some sort of polarity protection circuit for the drivers and/or the Arduino?
