Thanks! The pieces were printed in ABS. The original idea was to have the router build its own replacement parts, but my printers quality isn't what I had hoped and I will be switching to steel for the X axis when I get the chance. I should be able to use the printed Y and Z axis plates for a few test cuts at very least.
Hey Trunkmonky, Thanks for sharing the project. The cutting looks good, but different with the ones from the origin design. Is that the modification for using 3D printed parts?
They ended up being closer to the original oozest plates than those for the printed version, however I went with a thinner gauge steel than if they were made from aluminum or acetal/acrylic
