The new store updates are really nice, but the one thing I was hoping for isn't there. Due to the nature of the hobby, I'm sure I'm not the only adding a million parts to the cart just to see what I would have. Then I have to delete them one by one, each time waiting for the page to refresh. A single "Clear Cart" button would be awesome. Thanks, Kevon
Actually I'd like to see a "save cart as" function so I can have any of a number of active project estimates going on in the background. One of the best cart systems I have run across is at Bolt Depot. You can save carts, load carts from your list of saved carts, edit and resave carts, merge carts, etc. Then taking that concept one step farther would allow bringing a saved cart back to the parts list tab of a project listing here on the forum such that any reader could load up their own cart with everything needed with one click of a button.
This thread is a couple years old, im surprised such a simple function hasn't been implemented yet. I'd definitely love to see a clear cart button.
True, but it's a bit of blunt instrument and will likely delete things you don't want deleted. I just deleted 50 items from my cart one at a time. It wasn't fun. Please implement this feature.
In the interim until such a feature is included I suggest not deleting directly from the cart page. On any other page click on the cart drop down in the upper right corner and delete using the X's. It goes much quicker as the page doesn't reload after each deletion.
