Maybe i should learn first to cut something on the 3 axes :)

    g53 lol, i don't get it. :D
Homing all axis > once hit the home/limit switch it returns x steps (1mm)
so you are now on x,y,z 1mm > from here i set my g54
then your post does g53 and your zero is at that 1mm o_O
so my g54 was always off :D

    ctrl box (attempt)
mmm how do i get my wires out ? :D

    omg,

My table had some strange behavior & belt was already loosen.

Opened the whole thing, seems there are some huge flaws.

see pic, treads have different sizes, so the screws are to small.
left:3.8mm, right:2.8mm the screw goes true the 3.8mm to the belt drive 2.8mm
also some play on the shaft/bearings
update: ok, the shaft was not in place.
still some play, belt (ad some wheels din't help much)

v wheels good for everything :)

ok, placed a new belt. Turning the table over the axis was never so smooth.
See to test it next weekend.
    Meanwhile some 4th axis play.
    Adaptive& parallel (flat end mill)
was cutting @ 3mm...now i know what they mean with chips instead of dust (i usually have) :D

    soon back to 5x,

Last week first attempt to cut 4mm acrylics...omg my first cut  guess you know what went wrong :)

After lowering the spindle speed & increase the move speed it went much better :)

Still not that good, to much play on the z, moved the spoiler board 8cm higher and got very nice results (y)
(also switched the 30cm c-beam on the sides by 50x8cm rails so i could put the x on the back (instead of on top the c-beam)

so far my ctrl box, hope no court-circuit :nailbite:

What you see is NOT what you get...Fusion360 multi axis :D
Lot of times the lead in/out will ruin your cut.
Guess i have to play more with the settings.
Here my foam dummy to test tool path's :D
    front/back ok,
Flow on the sides (rounding) does a strange move (but does the job)

Dang it! well for whats its worth, I initially thought 'I bet this has something to do with Depeche Mode' :) Cool stuff man and great video! I like the part where Manneken claps and the particle effect bounces on the floor, nice one! Thanks for the share.

    check last cut :)
    V_rail Racer

ok, seems my ab table holds well with the new belt :) (still, pretty sure not suited for hard materials if you want precision stuff ! )
notice that even the hexagon table has not even edges :) :) :)

only front & back of the car is multi axis,
(impression that f360 has still a way to go, once you use a spherical shape > no go. Don't think it's the post, test it with the big ones= same results)
pocketing with indexing (headlights & logo)

cnc: overlooked one thing...the noise it makes OMG :D

    Boom Boom ;D

something more rigid :) :) ;) (kit with high Z , so i can still use my controller & 4th axis)

the search for a new one seems to be hard, no reply's, no stock, only the real expensive ones do reply! ...

my eyes on a german one but, reply once a week so it takes +3 weeks to get your invoice + 3-5 weeks shipping time. OMG
