What do the different LED's on the cnc xPro board mean?
I get a mix of either red, green or both on each axis but it seems that they are not consistent.
    For example:
If I home my machine I might get X=green, Y= green and Z=red
    But another time I home I get X=red, Y=red and Z=red/green

The LED changes colour based on the direction the stepper is rotating.

I think I must have a fault on my board then. The colours are totally random

It has started playing up on the x axis. The axis stops but the others carry on running

    Tony,
Probably heat related, hows your cooling?
Did you make sure all your motor connections are tight?
    Cheers

I have two fans for cooling. I have turned the trim pot down a small amount to see if this helps.
I currently have it running a test pattern and (touch wood) all seems well
