Hello
I made my CNC 4 axis foam cutter with cheap mechanics and a controller called Theremino (really cheap and powerful USB controller).

It is natively supported by DevCad softwares I use devfus and devwing foam to design my foam fuselages and wings.
You can also use other softwares (es GMFC and others) and Theremino has its own Free open source CNC control software (i.e. ThereminoCNC).
You can use thereminoCNC instead of Mach3 to execure GCode files, or use DevCNC foam that has 3D view of the entire cutting process and many other useful tools.
I'm really happy with my setup.

Just a question
I just purchased 2 meters of 20x80mm V-Slot profile to upgrade my X axis.

I would like to use the Openbuild Plate and solid V-Wheel with timing belt and 16 teeth pulley with Nema17 direct drive. Do you think the motor will have enough torque to move my X axis?

I kindly need your helps to fix my software controller issue with my hotwire foam cutting machine.
I used the XproV4 spark concepts controller and the open build opensourse controller software but i donot have the gbrl with customized setting to flash the controller board also if you know any better controller software for this purpose please let me know.
i have 4 stepper motor ,X and Y in each side ,bith X and both Y works synchronized .

Thanks for reply,actually i did already and i do not have issue with running motors ,my problem is i need a gbrl setting for XproV4 controller for hot wire cutter which is not in open build controller machine list and also Gcode converter for this specific machine with only X and Y
