Got a 800w spindle and got the cable that is shielded ( lol because it would cause no interference) I got it a minimum 4 inches from all other wiring on my machine. And here's the problem my machine just pauses for no dam reason just out of the blue. I put router back on and it runs program fine. Spindle does the pause through the computer. I noticed that my x limit switch is active 100% of the time now too
Did you ground the shielding on the cable? Are your signal wires (limit switches) shielded and grounded?
I grounded the shielding by the top of the the plug. The y limit switch is always on no matter what I do. Do u have pics so I can compare to mine.
I do not have pictures. However if you Google information regarding shielded wiring there is a lot of tutorials and explanations on how and why you ground the shielding.
I did that correctly I moved to wires about 6 inches away and has ran 1 hour no stop. We will see how it goes. But thanks for the help. We will see
