When i plug my BB into my computer its not recognized. In OB control when i click connect it doesnt. Any help please. Other usb devices work. I tried it on two computers and same thing. I tried on a 3rd computer and now the attached pic is what happens.
Hi Baum, follow the driver install steps as listed in section 4 of "the docs" you might not have the driver installed correctly. cheers Gary
Thanks that worked... Along with auto updates was turned off on the computer and hasn't been updated in 3+ years..
