I am setting up my blackbox for a large custom router table that I built. My X axis and Y2 axis are operating in perfect sync just like Y and Y2 should. Is there something I can do to fix this or is it a box issue?

    Thanks

From what you are describing, it sounds like something is mis-wired. What happens if you jog your x axis? Does Y move? docs:blackbox:start [OpenBuilds Documentation]

The way it is written its sounds to me like when you attempt to move the Y axis, only one Y motor (Y2) and the X motor move. Is that correct?

Thanks for getting back to me. Let me see if I can remember everything I tried. X works fine. Y works fine Y2 does not function when Y is operating. When X is operating Y2 operates exactly as X. I have swapped the nema 23 motors around, makes no difference (I didn't think it would). When I run Y, X does not run and Y2 does not run.. This is initial set up of this box. Bought it many months ago but just getting to it now. Thanks again.

You are correct. I did not originally assemble the box, my "former" IT guy did. You did send me in the right direction and found the little Blackbox was doing exactly what it was told to do. The jumper in the box was set to have Y2 as the slave to X. Thanks so much!
