Does anyone know is you can use a C Beam with a belt drive?
With the right plates yes. One example would be the OpenBuilds Workbee 1510 (60" x 40")
With the plate running inside the C Beam?
No, the plate is running outside the C-beam. The belt is located inside the channel though.
