New project I am kinda excited about, a cnc knitting machine, ordered the parts a bit ago for the bed and needles from England.. I am using a Ultimate sweater machine as the needlebed-base for this new toy. Kinda loosely based on the openknit.org project. Anybody got any experience to add?? help??

Hi, I loved the CNC-ed embroidery machine you did. I do have (2) machines sitting here gathering dust. One Consew walking foot machine suitable for sewing thick knit. My wife is pushing me to just produce a simpler machine to knit Patterned Afghans. I am watching paint dry (watching the knitter parts move across the usa via ebay tracking), working on my "arduino" shift controller for my 4l60e in my 85 silverado project. A Paddle shifter.. Not made the openbuilds vslot order yet, was waiting to get all dimensions down for sure. THIS WOULD FIT UNDER A BIG OX as a add on.
