Attached is what my machine looks like. It's mgn 15 on the rails and 1605 ball screws. All of a sudden I'm having an issue. Yesterday I had missed steps on the y axis on the right side. After I squared it all back up now the right side binds every so often. It only happens when coming to the front of the machine. If jogging to the rear no issues. It may jog 5 times from the back to the front with no issues and in the 6th it will bind. I have tightened down all bolts. I'm using a black box with open builds control. Any ideas? Thanks
Is there any chance that the spacing between the two y beams in the front are too close together, or too far apart? There may be enough flex that during a majority of the travel it is not an issue until it gets close to a fixed point.
