Thank you for making this video and post. Where did you source the 2.5" black hose? All I can seem to find is the clear stuff from Amazon. I've found something similar to yours from Woodriver but yours seems more stiff.

    Thanks again,
    Rhett E.

    Hello @Rhett E
I joined a couple of my shop vacs hoses to make up 14' or so feet that I needed but you should be able to use something like this one
    2 1/2" Shop Hose
Its a 20' and having the little extra may be nice for when you finish up a cut you can pull it off of the dust shoe and clean up any areas that the machine may have missed.
Thank you for the kind words, your more then welcome I am glad to see its helping.

And if you buy that top for a five gallon pail that showed up in JustinTime's link and put it between, you get a great cyclone that saves your filter in the shop vac.

Very well done. Only change I had to make was the size of the hole drilled into the table top. In this area of the country, 1/2" EMT conduit has an OD of 0.705" or so. A 3/4" diameter drill gave just a little clearance in case the top hole wasn't centered exactly on the leg.
