Nice! Planning on doing the same with mine. My main issue is the bed shaking/racking at higher speeds because of how the belt is attached so far away from the actual bed, it's sort of a cantilever. New bearing, longer bearing, new rods, igus bearings, nothing seems to change that ripple I get on the y axis, so going to an extruded aluminum build would let the belt path be closer to the bed.
In three of the pictures, you can see the part that I designed and printed for connecting the Y belt to the bed. It doubles as a tension adjuster.
