I'm starting to put together a BOM for an OX Plasma as well. Look forward to tracking your design, please post updates as you go. I plan on tweaking the standard OX design to accomplish the following:

    - 2 x 2 cutting area
    - portable, plan on placing the machine onto the material to be cut
    - mill compatible - be able to switch between milling and plasma
    - THC

Have you thought about your electronics at all? Anything out there that includes THC or DTHC is really expensive.

The driver is Chinese made. It's only working with mach 3, not compatible with emc2. The driver are 4 axis. 24 v, working well with nema 23, 250 Oz,4a.

Hi new to the forum. I am a fabricator welder delving into the unknown world of building a plasma cnc.
I bought a Chinese controller board USB6560 12V which also has on board drivers for 4 axis system. Just got the board and software it came with working today.
I'm going to be using a Hypertherm plasma cutter. This is probably one of the best machines in the business.
Dont worry about your welding it looks fine as long as the penetration is good no worries.
