I'm hoping to use some v-slot to support some sliding wall panels (6 @ 10 lbs), but I need longer runs that 3' - need more like 9'.

Does anyone have tips / experience connecting v-slot end-to-end?

    Thanks

I think they sell lengths of 3 meter here.

For a simple application like you are doing, double tee nuts should be sufficient. If the exposed screw head is a problem, set screws can be used instead. For something more seamless, dowel pins could be used in the center holes.

Be sure ends are all properly squared up before you begin. You may also need to feather the v-slot at the joints a bit if you notice the wheels catching.
