We have 17 Nema motors and are switching to 23 Nema and need pulleys for 6MM 2GT belts with 16 teeth and 1/4" bore for the shaft. Any suggestions?

Powge is the best for this, but I cant find 16 tooth with 1/4", I can find 6mm shaft.
Might have to go 20-24 tooth, at 16 there isn't much room for the shaft.

6mm is darn close to 1/4" so get the 6mm pulleys and drill them out to 1/4".
On the other hand, you can get it on AliExpress already in 1/4". Just search AliExpress for it. There are other seller who sell it too.

Do not 'drill them out' as they will not be concentric unless you do it in a lathe.
You might get away with very careful hand reaming.

Off center pulleys cause uneven movement, you can only calibrate for full pulley turns, 1.5 2.5 3.5 etc turns will always be off by the difference in radius translated to the difference in circumference.
In other words, the gantry will 'gallop'.
