I was thinking of making X axis higher enough to make Z axis use all its travel useful.
I didnt draw it. But if both X axis "holders" can grow up a few inches, Z axis can be set the opposite, so when it goes all the way down it touches the plate, and all travel can be used.
    Any suggestions?

    Hello Mariano,
I was wondering if your ever managed to modify a C-Beam CNC into a 3D printer.

I am considering modifying an Openbuilds 1515 CNC into a 3D printer and was wondering what kinds of issues I might have.

    Thanks,
    Safetywrench
