    Looks great Dave, I think the white PVC and the Black OpenRail will make for a really clean design.
    As for stepper placement I would look into using lead screws for strength
    Keep up the good work, looking forward to watching this come together.

    Thank You. I wanted to do screws...problem is cost. The belt system was only $30 from china.

    Screw system is hundreds more. I am trying to build this for under a thousand including electronics.

    4x8 by 1" PVC - $200.00
    Motors and Power Supply and Controller - #340.00
    Rails and Bearing Wheels - $250.00
    Emergency Stop Button - $6.00
    4- 90 degree motor mounts - $25.00

    Adds up quick.
    Still far cheaper then 8020 extrusion though.
