Change Interface in Inches to three places after decimal?

Hello,

Is there a way to change the digits to three places after the decimal place instead of the default two when using Inches?

I get it when using millimeter setting to use .01mm (.0004") but when using Inches .01 (.254mm) is a lot. Switching to .001" would be better for setting Home position especially in Z.

I have and love my xyz probe.

But my OCD machinist personality doesn't trust anything and has to double check workpiece offsets before hitting the go button.

Funny part is my job runs all of our CNCs in millimeters but my stubborn American ways makes me run mine in inches.
