I mean, you could pay someone familiar with hobby CNC systems in the area to put it together, I guess. I'm not aware of anyone out that way, personally, but I'm sure there are a bunch of people. Doesn't help when it needs maintaining or troubleshooting if you don't actually understand it, though. If you want a system with service techs, you need to add another zero to the price.
No, these forums ARE the support, the videos and documentation above are the starting points. (and don't forget github.com/gnea/grbl/wiki to learn about the controller settings, and of course our own OBCONTROL makes changing the settings very easy) After that you search the forums, your questions have probably already been answered, because you are not alone! (-: If you still have a question after reading the 'manuals' , select the correct forum subsection and ask away. To help you quickly we will need details, screenshots, fotos of the machine, the existing software settings, or whatever is pertinent to the question, and of course a good title to the post also helps us, like 'X moves left instead of right' is more useful than 'X broken'. Knowledge is power, so read the manual/wiki/watch videos, it benefits you directly.

Your best bet would be to spend some time watching the build videos and comparing them to the bits you have. To start with, what controller did you get with your machine, and do you know what machine you have (Openbuilds have produced several over the years) - if we know what you have we can direct you to the most useful links.
