When I look at the dimensions listed on the website for the smooth idler wheel it says the ID is 16mm when I look at STEP cad file for the part. it says the ID is 17.5mm which is correct?
I gotcha, So I was misunderstanding the ID to mean the Idler wheel that the belt actually touches, vs the inner hole for the bearing. ID for bearing is 16mm OD outer edge is 22mm and Middle edge where Belt touches is 17.5
Sorry, misunderstood the question. A pdf file from Openbuilds is attached which gives full dimensions but you might want to verify with the shop that it is still accurate.
