So this is my custom 40W build. I wanted to make another laser similar to the one I built but a lot smaller and an all in one system so that if I ever decide to do a farmers market or something similar, I wanted to be able to put the laser on the back of the car and drive to whatever location. I think it's going to work. It will be see-through with lights and screens eveywhere. The lights alone should attract people like flies. That's the plan anyway.

    BTW the way you decked out your shop walls are really cool I have not seen it done this way before, nice work there.

    Chico!! Hey buddy, looking forward to seeing this new build! Quick question, How has the tinted lexan treated you on the other build regarding the laser reflections?

    I haven’t had any issues with the tints. They are dark enough to tone the brightness down by a lot. I mostly use it to engrave glass and I can stare at it all day long and at no point my eyes feel strained or it feels like it’s too bright. It just looks like a brighter spot. I’ll see if I remember and I’ll take a video tomorrow to show you how bright it looks.

    Hey CChico.

    Have you had a chance to get that video of the 80w with tint? Also, I was curious about something. My plan may have fallen through about how I want to drive my independent bed motors (4 of them) so I may drive my bed synchronously. What external driver do you plan to use and which motor? I have no external driver set but I picked up some 59Ncm motors. Hoping thatll be powerful enough to drive synchronous bed.

    Wow Chico, man that's crazy you had to do a complete electronics tear down to find the issues, but glad to hear stuck to it and now your back on track! Nice job man. :thumbsup:
