What is your heating element? This is a cool project. I am curious as to how strong the plastic is, too. I have some projects this would work well with.

It uses 2 of these heaters.. you have to carefully disassemble them, and rewire them; I was able to reuse the controls, but I disabled the thermal safety sensors, and also bypassed the over voltage cutoff. I have them set at half power. They work great because the heat is only absorbed by the plastic, with the aluminum reflecting most of it: Ecotronic 1500-Watt 2-Element Infrared Electric Portable Heater-TQH05 - The Home Depot
The plastic used is strong and flexible, but stiffens up if you put angles in it; you can also double it up if you need more strength: Shop Parkland Plastics 48-in x 8-ft Embossed White Matte Plastic Wall Panel at Lowes.com

I'll have too stop by Home Depot this weekend and see if they have any in stock, hell, they might even be on clearance...could I get so lucky!?!? Sonny

This is a fantastic build. I happen to have one of those heaters sitting behind me as I type this. I really appreciate the video. If you have a moment, and can explain in more detail how you modified your heaters to do this project, I would be grateful. I can figure out the rest, but have never been much on electronics.
I found this interesting, I'm not much for plastics, but I'll most likely use this as a starting point to create a form molding machine for bending wood. I'll have to use high pressure air, rather than a vacuum draw though. But, this has given me food for thought, so Thank you.
