This is about their resin printers. So Elegoo, instead of correcting printing artifacts, has locked up the slicer format. Instead of improving the slicer, has introduced a paid subscription version. Ignores bug reports. No functionality on the horizon like adaptive layer exposure, bubble evacuation or an in-printer www server for a nice UI on a remote PC. Still, the hardware is fine. I wonder, how hard would it be to put RPi inside, make it interface the stepper motor (four wires), the lamp (two wires) and the UV display (lot of wires). Not the UI display, a www server would do a better job via Wifi. Probably the biggest work would be the software. Any thoughts?
I have a Mars and a Saturn, I'd be interested in this if it exists (I'm assuming it does, somewhere, given that they went to closed subscriptions)
