You can definately re-use some of the components:
    • electronics
    • motors
    • C-Beam Endplates
    • Router Mount
    • Corner connectors
The electronics makes the most sense economically, the complexity of adding a full LEAD1010 to your shopping cart - without the couple items you already have - would be quite a task. It would be better to grab the Machine Bundle:

You can get OpenBuilds LEAD CNC Machine 1010 (40" x 40") without Electronics/Motors (Speak to the store directly please - I have confirmed they can assist you with that > Support > New Ticket - as the online store will add it with motors/psu)

Purchase the bundle, reuse your existing electronics, router, etc as needed.

The remaining C-Beam machine frame doesn't get taken apart too from, you should be able to sell it off to a local Facebook marketplace / Craigslist to recoup some costs

Do a little research on the forum as this has already been done by several others and it is not a major effort. Shouldn't require much more than a couple 1m C-beams, a couple of 1040mm lead screws and about a half dozen 1m framing members. I would suggest deconstructing the SketchUp models or comparing the parts lists for both to see exactly what you need. All the plates and wheels you already have transfer over.

Note, the shop will cut the framing members to length, all you've got to do is ask. You'll just need to work out what that actual length is but it is easily determined from the SketchUp models.
