I have a Lead 1010. I am working on cutting out 22" diameter circles for a project I'm working on. When I load the path using Openbuilds cam & control it shows it as 22 inches; however, when I cut it out, it is 22 1/8"

I also tried cutting with no offset and that makes my circle 21 7/8"

I have the following settings setup in openbuilds cam.
Type of cut: CNC: Vector (Path Outside)
    Endmill / Pen Diameter: 6.35mm
    Z Safe Height: 10 mm
Cut Depth per Pass: 3.175 mm
    Cut Depth Final: 18.25mm
    Feedrate (X/Y): 1500

Anyone experience this before and can tell me how to cut it to exactly 22"?

Have you calibrated the machine yet? In Control there is a calibration wizard that will walk you through it.

Did you definitely used a 6.35mm endmill? If you told the software it was that, but used a 1/8" instead, it would be off by 1/8 on the offset cut. Also, if you cut exactly on the line with no offset using a 1/8 inch endmill, you would loose 1/16th all the way around leaving you a total of 1/8" off in diameter.
