I am currently trying to make some gantry plates for a 2040 extrusions and I can't seem to find the right spacing for the wheels. Does anyone know the spacing from the center of the wheel bearing hole to the edge of the extrusion?

I use extrusion depth + 20.0mm as the center-to-center distance on the regular solid V-wheels and extrusion depth + 12.0mm for the mini V-wheels so the answer to your question would be 10.0mm or 6.0mm depending on which size wheels you are using. Its always a good idea however to do a mockup with the extrusion you will be using to verify the actual distance.

Do any of the plates in the parts store work for a gantry on the 40 side?
