Fan not running

    new BlackBox x32 after pluging into laptop the blue light is on but fan isn't running. The green steeper motor light is on but no adjustment lights. I'm kinda new at all of this.

    Is the 24v plugged in and powered up? the fan runs on the 24v power.

    Hey Gary, the power supply is plugged into the box. The motors enabled light is green , the motors current adjustment do nothing. No green light or red light. When i turned the power on i had to back it down pretty fast. Hope i didn't mess it up. thanks for answering

    I turned down the voltage on power supply i had. My openbuilds power supply is arriving today or tomorrow. I think it ,power supply, was 30 something volts

    Could have led to overvoltage damage. Lets see if it works with the new PSU, then take it from there

    Hey Peter, I thought I had ordered the power supply but there out of stock. What came today was an Interface cable that wasn't shipped with the X32 Box, so I still have the problem.
