Lead screw wobble

    I’m not sure if this level of lead screw is acceptable or not.

    Think I got the screw tightened to just before the over tight etc. Everything seems to work fine and accurate but I’m not sure.

    Any input please.

    Hi Wendel that should be completely fine as it’s just a little wobble and not whipping to the point of binding. This is where putting it under tension really helps as without it at the gantry plates at either far end you would see a center whipping that would bind and stall the motor, but your good there.
    If it gets out of control you can move your gantry cart all the way to the back of the machine and re-tension.
