I have tried multiple times to use the mobile jog feature but I scan the QR code and nothing every comes up on the phone. Phone and Computer are all on the same network. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

    1) Make sure the two devices can see each other on the network
    2) Make sure your PC firewall isn't blocking CONTROL's ports
    3) QR code guesses IP, but if you have multiple local IPs it might guess wrong - type the PCs IP:3000/jog manually

    I'll give that a try.

On a side not I am trying to also figure out what I am doing wrong in the xyz probe process. I run the probe and everything works fine but I must be missing a step because the bit never actually touches the material surface when i hit run job.

    Is machine calibrated?
Are you using our probe? Set the correct Probe Type in the Wizard?

Yes using the OB probe. I am pretty sure I had the selection correct but I will for sure double check that this afternoon. It worked the very first time I used it but hasn't worked since. I will report back as I am sure it is something I am doing lol

Did you potentially say your Z zero is the machine bed in your CAM, but you probed the top of the work piece? If so you will only cut air. I have been guilty of that one more than once. It's an inexpensive mistake. It beats the alternative of saying Z zero is the work piece surface, but setting Z zero to the machine bed. Depending on your material and your endmill, that can be a much more expensive mistake.
