purchased used , never used , will not home X & Y AXIS

    hello , i purchased this 1515 from a gentalmen who had it a year and could not get it to run , he built it and had hooked to old asus laptop , i got it home and downloaded on my desktop ( newer dell win 10 pro ,32mb ram ,) the control and the cam program ,loading default settings for 1515 , , machine has limit switches and all check ok , it jogs correctly in x to right + y to rear + and z - down - , but when HOME ALL AXIS is run Z axis homes fine but both X & Y axis move away from limit switches ? in positive direction ?? i machine zeroed and ran hello world example , ran fine no problems ? HELP ! I HAVE BEEN RUNNING CNC MACHINE TOOLS MILLS , LATHES , VTLS , BORING MILLS ,PLASMA AND LASERS 32 YEARS , THIS IS MY 5TH TABLE have been in business 16 years on facebook as ONALASKA METAL ART WORKS ,thanks for any help dana holbrook

    Hard to confirm from the small pic but
    - X and Y switches at Axis Minimums (ie front, left) as per the video?
    - Didn't change $23 Homing Dir Invert from standard profile? Check Grbl Settings tab and make sure the switches (min/max) agrees with where the switches are on the machine
    Sounds correct, so more likely $23/Switches install location. Doesn't really matter where they are, front/left makes for quicker homing, but whereever they are just has to match what you told Grbl Settings where to expect them:

    x switch is to left and y switch is front right side facing spindle

    Then check that Grbl Settings agrees
