In essence almost all VFDs accept some kind of dry contact RUN/STOP signal (Relay on BlackBox or panel switch, or alternatively not even wired up: just setup Min-RPM / Min-Freq setting on the VFD that keeps spindle off until commanded speed goes over 7200RPM) and a 0-10v analog signal (0=0RPM, 10v=24000RPM) as provided by BlackBox We provide the industry standard 0-10v signal output, and the VFD and its manual tells you where to wire it, what settings to set, and how to use it VFD supplier provides tech support for their equipment (You proved the 0-10v signal is there with multimeter as shown in docs before hooking up anything - so you know BlackBox works - then anything from there that does not, is a VFD config/wiring issue) - be careful, incorrect wiring can still damage BlackBox so be sure to test it before connecting anything so you know it was in good condition docs:blackbox-x32:connect-vfd [OpenBuilds Documentation]
