My apologies. I am running Vcarve Pro and have Inkscape. I have been approached by folks to engrave verses carve. All help would be appreciated. Thanks again for your help, Rob
you need a laser module from the store Lasers - OpenBuilds Part Store (follow the links there to the instructions) plus cables to connect it to the BlackBox you need to change setting $32=1 for laser mode (and back to 0 for router mode then test that your software can work with your $30-$31 settings to set the laser power then you do a bunch of testing to find settings that work for various materials and write those settings down so they are easily repeatable (-:
