Hello, seeking some advice - currently on version 1.0.388 the program has stopped working as of 2 days ago , under log/serial it is stuck on "checking for updates" the GUI is also behaving out of ordinary (minimize, maximize and close buttons not working) -no firewall -tried reverting to previous versions recently did some messing around with VS studio code on computer which might have installed something that has messed with the software, as of now all of it is uninstalled. any advice what else could potentially be done to get it to work again? thanks!
Try a clean user profile (create a new user account on PC and login as new account, install CONTROL) windows does store some of those stuff per-user otherwise might be time for a good clean install of the OS or manual cleanup/fixing of the OS

I have no idea what the R05.17 CPS is. A google search showed Motorolla products. However, that Windows 7 tablet is very old and may not meet the requirements.
