I received my Acro 60x40 yesterday but unfortunately the machine didn't make it through transit. I contacted OpenBuilds and they were super helpful and sent out a new delivery. However, they said they sent me a new "foot plate" Based on the photos, is this a case of broken footplate? Also I'm hoping they sent two since two are broken.
Not a footplate no. But if you send them the pics they would be able to assist. Reply to your support ticket, forum doesn't have access to store side things like that
