I was working on a job yesterday and everything went as planned. However, in a continuance of that job, when I flashed up my machine I was able to home everything but when I went to start the job, the spindle started for a second or so and every thing just quit working. I could not move on any axis, there were no errors showing, it appeared the job was running but nothing was happening. I tried a full reboot of the entire system but could not get any thing to work. The one thing I did notice was that the USB connector LED was blinking rapidly, the colour might have been red (I an colour blind so it could just as easily have been green) and the fan in the blackbox was not running. Looking for fixes or troubleshooting advice. I did try a reset.

For motors to move, and fan to spin, you need 24v power. Since neither works, PSU/PSU wiring would be first things to check sounds like no power is getting to BlackBox

I tried a few maint tricks for fixing things in general. In this case, a blast of air solved the problem. Something like a dust buildup perhaps must have been causing a blockage internally. That blast of air fixed the issue.
