Hi All - I am looking for the Extreme V-Wheels in the OpenBuilds online store but cannot find the grooved version - the solid version seems to be the only one available. Is the grooved version still available? I tried buying the remaining stock (7 pieces) at SMW3D but there seems to be a check-out glitch with my cc and zip code. Thanks for your help! Jason Rodman
Hi Dany - Thanks for the quick reply. I am in Seattle, WA. After a quick look at your site I want to confirm that I'm looking for the grooved v-wheel kit and not the solid wheel kit. How many do you have in stock? I'll be looking for 5mm screws and spacers as well. Regards, Jason
A problem has developed with the Extreme V-wheels becoming brittle and failing under heavy use. This is why they have been removed from the store. If you are using them for anything more than lightweight applications, it is best they be avoided until a solution can be found.
You can still use the Delrin version of the wheel as well. You can also contact http://support.openbuilds.com/support/home for orders off of the web store. We are close to having a solution to the heavy duty version of these wheels soon. Thank you for your understanding Mark
