Nice build! I'd love to know more about your spindle.

I just uploaded the DXF file for the spindle.
The base design is by Robert Hummel (See "890KV OX RC spindle" in "Other builds"). I shortened the mount somewhat and added stubs for alignment to the Z-axis profile.
The speed controller is a NEEWER Mystery Fire Dragon 80A Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) from Amazon. To control it from Mach3, I added a Arduino Nano with a program that converts PWM (from Mach3) to PPM (What the ESC needs)
I run it at 12 Volt, which gives me a maximum speed of 11000 RPM
I've been cutting wood, plastic and aluminum (mostly 1/8" end mill)

Where did you get the acrylic drag chain? Or did you make it yourself? I really like that!

I added a design image of the drag chain and uploaded the .dxf file (I tried the original .svg file, but it would allow me)

Looks great, I also went for taller plates as I wanted to be able to mill 2" XPS foam with a 2" bit. Waiting on the final parts to start my build.

    Hi pizzaman85,

What was the problem with the DXF files?
I downloaded the file and opened it in Inkscape 0.91 without problems
Note that it is scaled in millimeters

Gabriel, AutoCAD 2008 gives "Invalid or incomplete DXF input -- drawing discarded". Autodesk TrueView 2014 has no problem with it. So it is clearly a software dependent issue.

I exported the DXF files from Autodesk Inventor in the 'AutoCAD 2013 DXF' format
If anybody wants a different format (Inventor lists AutoCAD R11, 2000, 2004, 2007, 2010 as other DXF options. It also supports PDF, JPEG), let me know
