Hey Guys: I have sent several emails to the parts store in the last week and got no response. Anybody know whats up?
I emailed once using the email address on my invoice and got no response so I emailed the one from my online order confirmation email and got a quick response.

Same here, lack of customer service is very disappointing. I ordered a part that we NEEDED asap, I figured what could go wrong ordering domestic from a company that lists it as 'in stock' and ships in '2 days'. ...at the very least,..a simple response to an email with some sort of update would be appreciated.... :/
They have parts over on amazon as well. When they were closed for the two long holiday weekends I had to order some couplers in order to get them in a timely manner.
Yeah Amazon bought out Small Parts Inc. a while back, and they have a pretty good stock. Use AmazonSupply.com. Or, I think they have changed the name to Amazon Business now, but it's the same animal.
