Are they off to the back or front of the power supply? It looks like I need to move them .6 mm towards the front. The holes are for a M4 bolt I can change that to M3 if that would be better.
I made that picture so you could put it in your post . I'll post the model of the PSU in the next days so everyone can use it. This is how it looks from the side. Depending on the PSU, the first strip of aluminium is between 6.5 and 7mm. I would make the holes for a parker screw else you have to glue the nut at the back of the hole . -Ronald

I have gotten laze PETG is strong enough to hold a M4 bolt in place. But that probably wouldn't work for ABS and definitely not PLA I bit worried about Parker screw as it could damage The terminal insulation on the power input side. I could redesign it to hold an M3 nut so you don't haft to glue it.
There are short parker screws, but could be hard to find, M3 nut inserts would be the best I think, just on one side, and the other side could have a clip (2mm in height shape that would fit), or even, you could put on both sides clips to hook into the grooves? -Ronald
I'm going to do the side clips I think it's probably The safest option don't have to worry about people shorting something out when I get back later this evening I'll make the changes and print it out.
I'm a novice when it comes to printing, never liked it and gave up after ABS would not stick to the bed . Here you go, all looks like it would fit nicely: If the clip is to much to the front they can easily file or scrape it down a bit. LED lines up well, don't know if it is easy to see during the day but it sure gives it something extra. Nice work . -Ronald
XT 60 is a 60A connector. Jest make shure you buy the real connectors. Nylon XT60 Connectors Male/Female (5 pairs) GENUINE (AR Warehouse) It has very snug fit so will not vibrate loose.
Interesting, they are compact and fool proof, 60A is more than enough. Seems that the hobbyking has a good price on them too. Thank you.
The 12v and the 24v have the same ultra low profile case so I updated the title to reflect that. 24V/14.6A Power Supply 12V/29A Power Supply
