    Hi Kyo,
    I've yet to carve my first item. I have a few bits ready to use when the time comes. Can I ask what kind of bit you used for your aluminum version?

    Hello Davus,
    Here are the details I used to cut the Aluminium version.

    16,000rpm
    40ipm
    0.015" depth of cut
    40% Step over

    Endmill used was. 1/8" flat nose single flute upcut carbide

    @Sonny Lowe Thanks, Sure no problem. I went ahead and redrew this Project in Fusion 360. Some of the arcs differ from the first iteration otherwise same design. Here is a Step export as well as the source Fusion archive file.
