Hey guys! I'm working on a 1000 x 750 C-beam build. I had my machine mostly together when I noticed that one of the 1000mm beams was pretty badly bent and may have been causing racking of the y gantry. I disassembled and laid the beam down on a marble countertop and measured the gap to be about .1050" which seems pretty significant to me. Is this something that occurs frequently? Will Openbuilds send me a replacement or am I going to have to try to fix it? I would just ask the team myself but I've been a bit of a pest to them with issues in my order. Let me know what you guys think. Thank you! Evan
Oh I was a bit impatient with my order and then when I received the package some things were missing so they are reshipping some things for me. I just don't want to irritate anybody haha
The bend seems to be right down the middle. And I just noticed that it is slightly twisted as well, enough so that if I push on one corner, it will rock back and forth a bit.
