I am thinking of adding laser engraving capabilities to my OX CNC. I just want to engrave wood (for now) I am looking at the laser engravers on ebay. How is the laser configured to use VCarve Pro and Mach3 to turn on and off? I also need to know what post processor to use. Check out DTR laser shop. He has some really good diode lasers for a reasonable price. I have one of his 6.5w lasers, it actually puts out more like 8W.
